1. Overview
By purchasing Energy On 24’s solar maintenance service, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and protect both parties.
2. What’s Included
• Daily Remote Monitoring:
Your system is monitored daily using remote performance tools. We are notified of any faults, performance drops, or other anomalies.
• Free Repairs:
If any part of your system fails and is still under manufacturer warranty, we will:
• Diagnose the issue remotely or on-site.
• Handle the warranty claim process with the manufacturer.
• Replace or repair the part at no labour cost to you.
If the part is no longer under warranty, we will advise you on the most suitable replacement and install it free of charge (you only pay for the part).
• Unlimited Support:
You are entitled to unlimited support and repair visits throughout the duration of your maintenance contract, subject to safe and reasonable access.
3. Exclusions
While we aim to help in every situation, the following are not covered:
• Replacement of parts that are no longer under warranty (we do not cover the cost of the equipment).
• Damage caused by third parties, extreme weather, or deliberate tampering.
• Systems that are inaccessible due to unsafe roof access or structural issues.
4. Panel Cleaning (Sold Separately)
Solar panel cleaning is not included in the maintenance plan. This service:
• Is recommended once every two years.
• Can only be purchased after uploading recent photos of your property and receiving manual approval.
• Is only available for homes where safe access is possible.
5. Contract Term & Cancellation
• Maintenance plans run on a 12-month rolling basis.
• You can cancel at any time, and your service will continue until the end of your billing period.
• No refunds are offered for unused portions of the service once the period has started.
6. Payments
• Payments can be made securely via card or Google Pay.
• Payment must be received in full before the maintenance period begins.
7. Limitation of Liability
Energy On 24 will always strive to keep your solar system running at peak performance. However:
• We are not liable for any loss of energy production or income resulting from downtime, equipment failure, or delays in warranty processing.
• We do not guarantee performance output from your solar system, as this depends on many external factors (weather, shading, user settings, etc.).
